Skills Competency Map creates a clear picture of the kind of digital and technological skills and the
ability levels the youth in Kahramanmaraş. The Skills Competency Map will serve as a navigation where
youth are deficient, allowing the target groups to design comprehensive solutions.
Digital survey was administered to the target groups - teachers, youth (students) and major industry employers
and the collected data were anaylzed by scientific approach.
Competency Map will reveal how present education is fulfilling the training and usage of digital and
technical skills required by employers and the FoW.
1309 students from all of the partners took the survey which mainly begins with the participants’ self-evaluation on their digital competency. The participants' self-evaluation on their digital competency was analyzed in this report.

A digital platform and its content was designed and built to support the Education 4.0 for Youth project. This platform was linked to the Education 4.0 for Youth website with a companion mobile app.
The digital platform featured archives of ready reference and resource materials.
Based on an analysis of the survey results, feedback and other data, a new teaching/learning methodology
serving the educational needs of 21st century youth was created. It includes the instruction and inclusion
of the digital and technical skills in daily school lessons that employers expect from their new employees.
Most importantly, these skills are transferable to future jobs by graduates as they enter the work force. In
this way the Education 4.0 for Youth project will prepare the youth for decent, gainful employment in the FoW.
